Arthur Miller joins SEDA Experts’ Municipal Finance Expert Witness Practice

New York, NY, March 10, 2023 – SEDA Experts LLC, a leading expert witness firm providing world-class financial expert witness services, announced today that Arthur Miller joined the firm as Managing Director and Expert Witness.

Arthur Miller has over 43 years of experience in public finance and municipal bonds serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Public Finance Strategies & Analytics Groups at Goldman Sachs.

Arthur is an industry-recognized municipal expert and thought leader in many aspects of state and local government and nonprofit financing. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), where he was Vice Chair for two years, as well as serving for many years on the Municipal Executive and Policy Committees of SIFMA and predecessor organizations. He has been awarded the Chairman’s Achievement Award for extraordinary service to the industry. He has been a frequent panelist at many municipal finance legal seminars, and has authored or co-authored several legal studies outlines.

A 38 year employee of Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director, Arthur provided detailed expertise to clients and regulatory entities, and to the firm in a wide range of roles and positions, including client finance strategies, quantitative analytics, municipal market research (with credit for several published articles), tax and securities law, tax policy, municipal market regulations and new product development.

Arthur has served on a number of nonprofit educational boards. He is a graduate of Princeton University (BA), University of North Carolina (MA), Duke University (JD), and New York University (LL.M).
